- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for digital downloads and courses.
2. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

- Refunds are not available for gift cards or promotional items.
3. Conditions
- Refunds may be declined if more than 25% of a course’s downloadable material has been accessed.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse or “wardrobing” (using most of the content with the intent to return).
4. Process
- Submit your refund request within 30 days.
- We will review your request and notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
- If a course or download is defective or inaccessible due to technical issues, we will provide support or issue a refund.
